Founded by DOMU & Tori Tori proprietor Sean “Sonny” Nguyen, Edoboy is an 8-person standing sushi bar led by Head Chef Tyler Inthavongsa with Second Chef Francis Varias, both integral members of the Domu Dynasty team.
Edoboy was recently added to the MICHELIN Guide, less than a year after opening.
As Orlando’s first and only standing sushi bar, similar to the ones in Japan, this unique dining experience is meant to last one hour or less. Due to the size of our restaurant, we do not accept walk-ins and guests are required to book time slots via Resy.
